OnTrac is a privately owned logistics company that looks after regional shipping services in the western United States. The company was founded in 1991, with its headquarters in Chandler, Arizona, United States.
Initially, it was a Californian document shipper but later it turned into a next-day carrier option for customers from Los Angeles to San Francisco. No, you cannot track your OnTrac DirectPost package without a tracking number. If you do not have the tracking number, you must contact the sender and ask for the tracking details.
Upper being the multiple courier tracker is better than the OnTrac DirectPost package tracker because it is limited to OnTrac packages.
They usually deliver on weekdays, so you may expect it to arrive by the end of the day as per the scheduled delivery.
For tracking your OnTrac parcel with Upper, you need to enter the tracking number and click on the ‘track my package’ button. The system will display the tracking updates along with its current location.
For signing and accepting your package, you need to sign electronically on the device provided by the delivery person.
OnTrac will make three delivery attempts; if that is unsuccessful, they will charge additional fees for re-deliveries and returns.
If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated delivery time, check for the status on Upper Package Tracker and also give a one-hour grace period for delivery.
However, if you do not get any updates, you should contact OnTrac Customer Service.
NOTE: You are entitled to a refund of the shipping charge if the parcel is not delivered within the one-hour grace period.
If you miss the OnTrac delivery, they will make three delivery attempts. But, if you miss these deliveries, you should contact customer service and schedule a re-delivery at a time you are available.
